Farjo Hair Institute is an award-winning hair restoration company based in the UK. They have 2 major clinics in Manchester and London and have paved the way in the research and development of hair restoration methods across the globe. JGM has an ongoing relationship with Farjo as one of our longest-serving clients and we have helped them grow into new areas through digital marketing.
As part of their growth strategy, we looked to improve the website and maximise the number of enquiries and consultation bookings.
We installed high-level tracking software on the site to record user habits and provide us with valuable user data. Our team then watched over 100 videos, analysed the trends and pain points and then formulated a plan for the site improvements.
As part of the updates, we completely revamped the homepage and blog area. We recognised that a large percentage of the traffic was coming through the blog pages and it was an area that was underutilised in terms of its design and layout. By including strong call to actions and clear categorisation of the posts, we have managed to maximise the enquiries through these pages.
We have also produced a wide range of social content to help promote Farjo's global events calendar and further grow the brand across a much wider audience.
